Lauren the physio has been very professional in her sessions with me. She has been treating me for 10 weeks now and without her guidance and knowledge I believe my journey to full recovery would of been an even more challenging.

I had an individual room which I wasn't expecting. The staff were amazing and really went out of their way to help me. I have a history of abuse by health professionals so was dreading being in hospital. Food also very good. Pressure mattress and fully adapted wet room were very welcome as I'm disabled.
Suggested improvements
The only thing that was really tough was the cannulation for the pre med. I had a morphine patch, numbing gel and entonox but nothing touched the pain. I hope something can be done about this for future patients, maybe nasal fentanyl.

Apart from the time it took in AE the experience and testing was thorough and given by professional nurses in a kindly human and refreshingly laid back way not ignorant and demanding just good at what they do
