The department was fairly busy, but I was only there roughly 3 hours. The nursing staff were very friendly & efficiently dealt with me & my health issue.

I think from walking through the door to leaving, each member of staff did their job quickly & efficiently.

I was extremely nervous when coming in for my ureteroscopy, as it was my first surgery and I had never been under general anaesthetic before. All the staff were so kind and caring and really supported me sad helped me to calm down. I want to give a special mention to the nurse Anne, who was greeted by a very emotional and hysterical Lauren. She was very caring and understanding. I also want to say how amazing the LEM Daniel Sharp was with me. He was just chatting with me to calm my nerves and was very friendly. He also answered any questions I had very thoroughly and was one of the first to check in after I came back from recovery.

Considerate although very busy do not believe I could have delt with any quicker or more efficiently staff all friendly and helpful Thank you very much

I think the A&E Department needs a complete revamp so it could be clearer were you go It's just not organised properly when you first enter

Everyone from docs to cleaners were lovely nothing too much trouble Jaisy was outstanding she had the patience of a saint. Even the tea makers so so good a credit to the company

The consultant was lovely, very informative & understanding.

The consultants assistant was quite ‘cold’ she didn’t show any empathy or pleasantries!
