After waiting for over 4 hours, no-one enquired if I needed a drink, as I was in a wheelchair it was difficult to get a drink myself.

After seeing a doctor after waiting for almost 8 hours no-one asked me if I had eaten anything.

The ambulance drivers were so kind from the beginning to the end and helped me feel safe. I was in and out from my collapse but I could hear the sounds of all the different characters that a very busy A&E has to cope with. I was glad my family was with me but all the staff I saw there were so kind and patient with me and very thorough with the tests they carried out. At every stage I was well taken care of and the ward staff were very patient and caring with everyone. Thank you so much to all the staff that took care of me

In an ideal world where the NHS is not under such stress and pressure and where we are all living in a broken world I don’t think they could have improved the service given. It was excellent under the circumstances they have to work in.

Repeatedly shunted between treatment rooms and then back to an overcrowded waiting room.

Have a mid point waiting room for those who have been seen initially and awaiting further services.

Staff have been amazing throughout the whole time I’ve been to the fracture clinic helped and answered every question I had helped me son out very well Cant praise them enough NHS work really hard to help everyone in need they need more praise

Was in a&e for 20+ hours which is just absolutely shocking..

Some staff were ok at best most were below par

The staff were really nice, professional.and understanding. The service was completely over run with patients, and not always as clean in some areas. Not the fault of the staff though, who were incredibly busy.

A bigger A&E department with more support staff

Very efficient service. Polite and caring staff. Clear instructions given. Wait not too long despite department being busy.

Better call out system - difficult to hear the names being called.
