Seen very quickly less than an hour for xray and review.
Efficient service as it should be.
The staff looked after me from getting there till I went home thank-you
No waiting and was kept in loop regarding what was going to take place.
There are issues that need resolving before very good.
The staff are excellent and the atmosphere great.
However the wearing of lots of metal badges on lanyard hardly equates safety. Not all staff wear My name is… badge. Is it obligatory or not ?
I was with my husband who has dementia. No complaint about the staff but dementia patients should be fast tracked! Very stressful visit for me and very distressing for my husband!! He was tired and getting irritable and angry with me. It was a horrible experience! I hope we never have to go through that again. I would have thought that a hospital of all places would be dementia friendly. Surely it's better for all concerned that the patient isn't irritable and distressed?
Excellent staff who kept me informed of what was going to happen at each stage of the process.
Looked after very well , caring nurses and doctors, had a long wait but , got treated and a diagnosis.
Consultant was very informative and explained everything in detail
