Staff were very helpful and patient even when I was really upset about medication. Improvements could be made in providing more staff on duty as current staff are very overworked. Mediation being available to staff and in patients locked med cabinets would mean less work for nurses having to run around and go to various places to obtain them. Meds go overlooked as they get forgotten as they are so busy. Patients get upset by this as there is no patients to when they like things. It creates a bad atmosphere for both staff and patients.
