After waiting for a long time in an overcrowded room my daughter Holly was called in to see Mr. Gogi . We’ve no idea who we saw as he didn’t introduce himself . He asked my daughter why she was still using crutches , the physio had only seen her the once ! He also told her she should be out of the boot and walking about ! Again , she’d only just seen the physio the once ! My daughter had been having problems and asked him about her concerns with her ankle . He was so dismissive and quite frankly rude . He told her that her ankle would never be normal again and she should get used to it . My daughter asked for an x Ray but again he said bones are constantly healing so no point . Needless to say if we see that Doctor next time we will refuse

Suggested improvements
There was no Seating and very little room for wheelchairs and crutches etc . Given the nature of the clinics held in the fracture department more room is required or maybe not cram so many patients in , in one day . It was more than clear it was close to lunch time and it was just rushed . The first time we came it was a horrible atmosphere but we let it go because everyone has a bad day . This time though , you need to be aware .
