Had someone drive into the back of my car. Went with my children to be checked out at A +E. Only to be told by older female receptionist that for a Whiplash claim I don't need to be seen by anyone in A+E.
Absolutely disgusted. I still waited pver 4 hours with my children to be checked over.
The Nurses/ Doctors/ Healthcares were all amazing.
