Patient focused from admission to discharge with follow up phone call

Suggested improvements
Advised more clearly what the form of discomfort the procedure would take. Its not pain so much as a feeling of discomfort. As such the gas and air provided (which in its own way suggests there is pain on the way) was not required and I was the fourth patient that day who declined it.
