All the staff were really pleasant and friendly, the procedure was explained to me in advance and I felt relaxed and happy throughout the experience
Suggested improvements
the waiting between being first seen and then getting changed ready for the procedure to take place was rather long and another wait before sedation being applied.
my appointment time was 2.30pm but it was after 4pm when my procedure commenced.
