Even though the procedure was not very nice the staff were very friendly and tried to calm my nerves.
Suggested improvements
I think they could offer more in the way of sedation or for relaxing the patient. The staff that did my procedure were professional I was still very nervous and very good when i was bringing phelgm up, bit there were times when I got panicked because i couldn't breathe
