Joanne, Joe and Chloe were amazing. They worked very hard to keep Gracie reassured and comfortable. Also a massive thanks to Chloe who stayed with Gracie throughout. You were all stars x
Suggested improvements
Nothing from the department, just wasn’t happy with the consultant, after myself and the nurses reassured Gracie. Dr Richard’s came in at 9:10am and quoted the words “yes it hurts and unfortunately we can’t help that” as a child who suffers with adhd and struggles with her emotions this caused added extra stress towards. I found this very unprofessional and upsetting as Gracie is only a child.
