Was looked after with total respect felt safe and secure while waiting for a doctor. The nurses were very nice and caring.

No delay in assessment of condition. Dealt with quickly by all staff & with consideration for age & condition (Alzheimer's) of patient. No delay in Xray dept.
Improvement - a water cooler available.
