Friendly, helpful, supportive and informative staff. Very helpful on breast feeding, giving full support and information on positions and technics. Felt supported. To improved I would say more staff and also keeping patients more in the loop. Quicker with information on care and the next step i.e. going home.

All staff and midwifes have us fantastic support and care throughout. Post natal toilet facilities and visitors toilets were a little unclean would be the only thing to be improved.

They explained everything if you wasn't sure about anything and was supportive and friendly so you could openly ask them anything

The meals at NHS establishments always get slated, but my experience is one of total satisfaction. On the occasion of my stay it was very busy, so sometimes my requests were sometimes forgotten and not followed through.

I was on M2 antenatal ward as M1 was full!
