Staff were very helpful and patient even when I was really upset about medication.
Improvements could be made in providing more staff on duty as current staff are very overworked. Mediation being available to staff and in patients locked med cabinets would mean less work for nurses having to run around and go to various places to obtain them. Meds go overlooked as they get forgotten as they are so busy. Patients get upset by this as there is no patients to when they like things. It creates a bad atmosphere for both staff and patients.

Kind, caring nursing staff, always happy to help. General atmosphere of ward positive and pleasant. All other staff helpful and willing when looking patient in it would be less disruptive at night if done in an office instead of patients bed. Food excellent and varied, compliments to the catering staff.

Excellent staff nurses and healthcare assistants. All the staff were very caring and helfpul. Even when their time is taken up by the dimentia patient
some night staff would be quieter when washing pots ana talking at 3-5 am (Sat/Sun nights)
