I was seen on time by a physio who was friendly and understanding. She listened to what I thought about my pain and was explained what it could be. When I experienced a difficulty with one of the exercises she was able to suggest something else. The appointment was unhurried and I was able to ask questions

Location was very convenient for me and the wait time at the reception is very brief. The healthcare provider was very professional, patiently asking questions and giving the needed advice.

Not really. I like that I was given the option to access a programme with Nuffield Health. The progress with this programme is expected to be highly positive.

I had come in considerable pain and left in worse pain! I had expected this-wasn’t sure if the physio ([name removed]) had noted this! I had expected because the pain was so bad I might have received some hands on treatment- gentle massage etc Having been through a 45 minute assessment assessing what I needed at my previous assessment interview I was really looking forward to some proper treatment(based on my past experience of Physios) My appt was due to be 45mins -I was out in 30mins and told to up my Codeine to get me through the pain .My next appt is in a month!! Can this be right?

Speachless! Not to be in a cubicle with someone on the other side giving her history- very loudly!

The treatment was great but the admin arrangements were confusing. I have three referrals - all for different parts of my body. This caused much confusion and it would seem that they will have to be done one after the other. This means that should any require a referral to another department the referral will be delayed some considerable time. It is also impossible to tell what each referral relates too. It would be so much more helpful if they each named the part of the body being treated.

[name removed] is excellent- listens to me, explains everything well, considers options and tells me what the long term plan is.

A private room - it was hard to concentrate as the people next door were speaking loudly and it’s just a paper curtain
