I was only offered this option which is a 25 mile journey, whereas my local hospital (west Berks) is only 8 miles away. I saw a variety of physios which wasn’t great for continuity but all were very pleasant. Appointments were all on time and reminders were sent. Sadly the physiotherapy exercises haven’t sorted my problem.

Excellent reception comfortable waiting area. Quiet hyper-calm W.C.S and rooms Outstanding care and Px from practitioner.

Ensuring simple family and friends feedback. Forms are available for patients, signage want this Liaison with patient. Experience department about this.
