Couldn’t check myself in with the reception for the department I was told to go to, as I was told on the letter to arrive early or could miss appointment. I was call in 15 mins late and as couldn’t book in, I felt I could miss the appointment

I have confidence in the person I saw and the videos of the exercises were a particularly welcome support.

Nothing I can think of though I wonder if you have enough staff to maintain the level of care for the future and so I hope enough thought is going into succession planning.

Liberty was very friendly and he remembered me from a previous appointment and showed the result of a previous scan. Another scan has been booked to investigate the pain.
