Officially it was very good, however in terms of technical knowledge it can be better.

Employing the best specialists, after a screening process, for people who really need a little more specific treatment.

I was unavoidably late for appointment & felt very guilty but I was treated kindly & with respect

This particular appointment was great so I don’t think there’s anything that could be done better. I’ll see if referral appointments for physio go as well.

The physiotherapist [name removed] was very good and was very kind and proffessional. He explained everything very good and took into account my point of view for everything. He is a very good proffessional and the NHS is lucky to have him.

As usual the session was friendly and helpful. I’m getting used to the exercises given and follow them as directed. They seem to be making my movements more comfortable and help to minimise the pain from my scoliosis.

The staff were welcoming and helpful and the treatment was helpful and effective. I now know how to look after myself with the exercises I’ve been given over the weeks of visits .

The curtained off treatment areas a less private than separate consultation rooms. But this didn’t stop the treatment being as effective as expected.
