Cheerfulness of staff, even when busy.
Only at peak times, morning - night wait for bell to be answered.
More staff.
The whole team was very caring. I was made comfortable during the whole process.
all my care was excellent
Most of it was good. Expected to be back at work after 6-8 weeks. Returned to work after 14 weeks.
Thank you for your feedback. Most patients can normally return to work 6-8 weeks after surgery. Obviously it will depend on the type of work you do as well as the nature of the surgery. If you have a physically active job you may be advised to take more time off than if you worked in an office. Although the skin heals relatively quickly, it takes many months for all the bones and tendons to return to full strength. Also remember it is possible for the foot to remain sore and swollen for some time. Details of this and other information can be found in the patient information leaflets provided prior to surgery.
Care is brilliant. Everyone is so friendly.
Need more detail on footwear when you can start to wear shoes again.
Thank you for your feedback. Occasionally, the return to normal footwear may be delayed because of prolonged swelling or pain, especially if you are too active early after the operation. A very small number of patients cannot get back into their footwear style of choice. Details of this, and other information can be found in the patient information leaflets provided prior to surgery
All of the staff have been kind and helpful. I have been given prompt appointment when I needed it. I have been listened to and my concerns addressed.
Very professional, everybody had the time to explain everything and put me at my ease.
