The staff are kind and good. The food is good. Quite a good atmosphere in here. The staff come when I ring the bell. The food is on time at regular intervals. Get all the attention I needed. I am a well satisfied customer. No, can't think of any improvements.

This was an excellent service. My husband was dealt with separately and I was able to discuss my concerns and was reassured as to how we will be helped. A clear indication was given about when and how this help would be implemented.
The person who dealt with my husband was able to overcome his profound deafness and the problems this presents.
