I have been a patient in Dantre for several weeks from the beginning and felt welcome. Staff remembered my name and told me what procedure were planned. I was treated patiently. Subsequently I got to know member of staff, working in various capacities. Many had worked in Dantre for years and took a pride in their work. There was an attention to detail, Promislo remembered. Nothing was done in a slipshod manner. The food is just like home cooking.
One small criticism. There is come wastage in the use of electricity. The lights are not needed in bathrooms not in use. Over the NHS this amounts to a sizeable sum of money. Thank you everyone.

Everyone helps no matter what their duties are.
I would like physio to keep to the time they say i will be having physio.

Staff seem to take more care in spending time with me.
Quite happy with everything.
Food is marvelous.

Staff were friendly and considerate telling me constantly what would happen and what would happen next, this is very reassuring in a strange intention.

The same old.
The fact that it never really feels like a doctor's appointment because they are very easy going and the practice seems to be very personality lead as each doctor has a unique personality and way of doing things. :-)

Always addressed and treated with respect.
