Indifferent about care.
When I press the bell it's responded to.
Improvement would be staff staying with me longer not just popping in.

Nurses are all excellent. I think care has been very good. Food I think has been excellent as well. Only improvement would be a nurse/carer assigned to me everyday, it's been confusing with different people everyday. It's been excellent here. I've been very lucky to have stayed here.

If I ask for something 9 times out of 10 I got it and without qualms. I can't see any improvements needed.

The care, getting me washed, helping me chose my food.
I've been alright no problems.
I can't think of anything to improve on.

There is always staff there to help me.
Cleanliness is good and organized.
Having the housekeeper come round with help with daily news is good.
No improvement I can think of.

Food is quite good.
Nurses are very nice but too busy.
Only improvement would be to get more staff.

Some of the staff are very good listeners.
If anything happens they get a doctor in really quickly.
Some staff don't seem to understand I can't have milk.
Also some don't know what I am capable of - e.g how much help I need to walk.

I can't recommend Daventry G/C enough. The doctors are all understanding and informative.
I am amazed by the knowledge that both Dr Khoosal and Dr Timmins possess. They are fascinating people who deliver quality care.
