Having had various meetings at Danetre including remotely, I have been overwhelmed with the friendliness and professionalism of all staff. Everyone I have encountered has been helpful and empathic. In meetings, I have been asked great questions in a conversational style. And, so importantly, I have been listened to and heard in each setting. This has allowed a certain in-tandem mutual respect and rapport to build quickly towards mutually collaborative outcomes, with absolute clarity on goals. The medical staff have ascertained the full picture and have given thoughtful advice in a constructive manner giving me confidence when proceeding with various changes and lifestyle approaches. The advice I’ve received has had a very positive bearing on both my emotional and physical health and a practical benefit for other treatments.

I can not pinpoint anything of note to improve. The spaces are clean and it's a tolerant and understanding environment.
