Seems to be some confusion with appointment times, where I am given an impression - particularly by receptionist - that this is my error!

From the moment you enter Dantrea everyone treats you so well and are very kind. Receptionist in physio is so very pleasant. Physiotherapist very informative and listens to what you have to say. Service with a smile. Like to mention staff also in restaurant like medical staff are so good.

We are aware that waiting times are unacceptable. This is due to a national shortage of Gender services. We are working with commissioners to improve matters.
