Helped me return to work.
I found all the staff and the advice very helpful.
Mostly on time.
Thoroughly taking time to find the trouble to discover the cause of my problem and instructing me in exercises to help me and making sure I knew how to do them.
We all strive to run to time, sometimes we run over. However we will not cut the patients time of treatment because we are running behind so they recieve the same amount of treatment
:-( The time between first seeing my GP and seeing a physio was excessive, about 3 months.
:-) Having been seen by the physio and being admitted to 'knee classes' was quite quick.
:-( Although the physios in Daventry were on-hand to help in knee-classes there was no 1-2-1 advice for my particular knee problem.
We are working on bringing down the waiting list. Once in the depatrment we normally see if appropriate for the class and transfer if applicable. I will communicate to the team that they need to ask patient at the point of tranfer if they have any other questions in orgder to avoid this in future.
Gemma understood exactly what was wrong and pinpointed the area of concern very quickly.
I have had no problems since.
I am also aware much of my issues were stress related, which have also subsided to a good extent.
I have been given good and effective exercises to follow should the problem occur again.
The exercises I had to do were really clear.
Very friendly and caring, as well as patent.
The physiotherapist explained very clearly what and how to do the exercises that I was given.
They explained everything they were going to do. I am pleased with the results that I have achieved.
Keep up the good work.
Everything was explained in detail of all I was asking about and more very interesting told me all I needed to know about the future.
Very helpful advice given felt we were being listened too.
Felt comfortable.
Above anything it's nice to know we are not alone.
Very pleased with the information given today 29/10/19.
