Provide a letter or feedback form for what goals/milestones need to be met for next appointment some people are not sure on what needs to be done.

Thank you for your feedback. Each appointment in the Gender Clinic is followed up with an outpatient summary letter that details what was discussed and contains a plan at the end of the letter which indicates the next milestones and goals agreed with the patient.
