The pleasant environment and caring personnel.
In terms of improvement they all revolve around food: Menu choice, unimaginative use of vegetables. Why not fresh carrots not tinned for example. And the soup was often so thick as to be inedible.
Yet overall the experience was a decent one and far better than general hospitals.
