The patient was made to feel that what they wanted was of paramount importance. They were treated as a person and not a number. The care received was second to none and as the next of kin I was involved in the patients care as much as possible. A difficult situation was made much easier by the caring nature of all the nurses, hca’s and staff that came into contact with my husband. I hope that when I am ill I can receive the same standard of care.
The only criticism I had was the thickness of the toilet paper in the patients bathrooms was a bit too thin.
I would like to pass my thanks to all staff for the care my husband received.
