Impartial, comprehensive assessment of mums situation and health by knowledgeable, kind, compassionate health care professional (CPN).
Approachable health care professional who family felt they could trust and who was supportive to mum and family.
All aspects of mums situation considered to give best outcome for mum possible.
Education re dementia provided (helped family understand situation) and clear guidelines as to how to access further help if needed - thank you!!
Improvement. Due to small busy team wait for assessment was a bit long.
