The clinic is great at fully supporting my needs and decisions and both pre and post pandemic, their quality of care is exceptional.

Thank you for your kind words. We fully agree with you-our waiting times are far longer than we are happy with and we recognise this is a national problem that causes people a great deal of distress. We are hopeful that NHS England's project to increase the number of locally based support services for Trans and Non-Binary people over the next two years will help to reduce overall waiting times for Gender Services and will bring support closer for waiting patients.
