I was treated very well and very promptly with no waiting around. The hospital was clean and the staff welcoming. Access and parking were easy and the car park free of charge.
I attended a self referal physiotheropy clinic for a shoulder problem and am very surprised that this service is not know about at my GP surgery (Crick Medical Practice, Watford Rd Crick, Northants). When I enquired there they told me that I would have to pay for treatment locally.

Thank you very much for your feedback. Self referral to physiotherapy (NHFT) for non-spinal musculoskeletal problems has been available for several years thus your GP Practice should be aware of this. However, to ensure we respond to this feedback and that patients are given the right information on access to treatment, I am going to plan some communications out to local GP Practices to prevent this misinformation as much as possible.
