Northamptonshire Gender Clinic staff have treated me with nothing but the upmost respect and compassion since my first contact with them and thereafter. From obliging and helpful admin staff, to caring nurses, to the doctors that talk to me like an equal. There is nothing but the highest of praise I have for this team and the work they do. To say it has had a life changing effect on me is an understatement. I would not have a fraction of the happiness and stability I enjoy now without the care these people provide. Thank you.

It seems you do everything within your power to provide the best service possible. It's a shame you don't receive more resources.
