The staff are professional friendly and caring. They know what they are doing. I get a good understandable explanation of treatment and why sometimes it has to change they seem to perceive my level of scientific knowledge and pitch the explanation accordingly. I have a nice comfortable room with a shower but would on occasional both. Apart from needing a good TV service I can't find fault.

Thank you for your feedback. Following formal evaluation the TV and aerial system is due to be updated and funded by Friends of Danetre.
