The staff were very professional. they were friendly , caring and had empathy.

Suggested improvements
Patients that have the same thing for breakfast each day need not be disturbed, if a note is written of what they have on the board outside their room. Some agency staff were poorly trained. These people were generally on at night. I was very surprised to hear that they are paid more than the permanent staff. One man gave me the "eeby jeebies". Staff need small notebooks not paper towells.
