The requirements for the NHS are much more stringent than in the community and are likely to remain so. This is because we are dealing with some extremely vulnerable people and want to keep everyone safe whilst the threat of Covid infection remains. All staff brilliant, but the house- keepers went one step further. The food was lovely especially the breakfast, everyone was fab.

Through out my whole 5 year Cancer journey, this service has been the best, most considerate, understanding, personal and caring service. You are made to feel like a person instead of a faceless patient on a conveyorbelt. [name removed] has been excellent, she always remembers me, even though some of our appointments have been 6 months apart and she must see so many people. The whole team is great, they answer the phones, call you back if you leave a message. If only every Department in the NHS was like the Lymphodema Pallative Care Team

Absolutely nothing at all could be done better, other than take every other Cancer care Department to the Team, to see how it is done.

Professional kind and sensitive service for our family member being cared for, but also for other members of the family. We are incredibly grateful for the care given, thankyou.

Please see previous page- there were a couple of times that decisions about the care being given were not fully explained or discussed with the family.
