Your team of nurses were outstanding and helped us through our darkest times. They were so professional and caring in equal measure. Made my Dads last few days at home just how he wanted it to be. Can’t thank you all enough

Honestly I really don’t know what you could have done any better. We felt totally informed and involved in my Dads care during his final days.
