Thank you for your feedback. I have approached our Hotel services team and they have responded as follows: "With the introduction of the new menu and patient meal preparation process, there may have been some issues with the food cooking slightly too long although being prepared to the recommended cooking time and temperature. It was identified there was an issue, so specialists from the manufacturers attended and the food trolley time and temperatures have been amended". The hotel services team are continuing to monitor the temperatures, cooking time and look of the food being prepared.
