Thank you for your feedback. With regard to the WIFI/TV system unfortunately this took considerably longer to fix than was first anticipated. As the TV system signal is from an external supplier, we had to wait for the company to identify the fault. The issue has now been rectified, but this unfortunately meant that patients were without TV's and Wifi for approx. 3 weeks. With regard to warmth on the ward, with the very recent cold weather this has been identified as an issue and in the past two days we have had the holding temperature for the ward increased plus a number of radiator valves have been adjusted.
