The staff we spoke with and dealt with were incredibly compassionate and hard-working.
Suggested improvements
Demand for these services seemed to vastly outweigh availability. Not an easy one but prevents a very good.

Thank you for your feedback. The demand for the Hospice at Home service is high at times. As a whole system in Northamptonshire, there is work underway exploring which services need more resource within the Community
