Some of the staff were unfamiliar with special needs { } leading to routine care not always being done on time.

Thank you for your feedback. It is difficult to comment as I cannot identify what the specific special needs were. The clinical team are highly trained in managing many different special needs and will always adapt their care to those needs. I will ensure this feedback is shared with the team
