The care and treatment is very focused and flexible (professional) to my specifications.
Suggested improvements
Not too sure that the pneumatic mattress works for me. I understand that is designed prevent bed some, but the pressure points across the mattress are very uncomfortable (even painful) against my hip with a hard someone.

I am sorry you found the mattress uncomfortable. We encourage staff to check comfort when talking to patients, and will remind them of this requirement.
