People were cheerful and kind and looked after my wife very well.
Suggested improvements
A bed arrived. We wanted time to move the exhausting bed, the guy deliveries it said he coult not wait { }. My wife died without being able to { } the bed, which was set up in spare room.

Thank you for your feedback and it is good to hear that Hospice at Home provided good care to your wife. The equipment feedback we will share with the equipment provider, which is a company independent to the NHS. Unfortunately we have no ability to plan when the equipment provider will deliver, but they are expected to contact the patient or relative prior to attending to confirm time of delivery
