The staff at the Well-being Centre provide an excellent service. The virtual sessions are always well planned and delivered in a professional manner. The staff have a good sense of humour which makes the sessions fun and I always look forward to them. The staff create a good atmosphere within each group session. Feedback is requested when a group session ends so that the service is monitored regularly.
I honestly cannot think of any suggestions that I could give to improve even greater care.
