There are only a few members of staff that seem to understand they are dealing with patients going threw a mental health crisis which is frightening .myself and others I saw were treated more like criminals ..off hand and inappropriate remarks to patients .one member of staff on haven a woman was a bully .some were immature and lack experience .I felt really unhappy at this place .I was not cared for .they just give you tablets and send you home .they should not ask you if you want to join a therapy class when you are not in the right frame of mind .it's silly doing that ..someone should get rid of rotting wood ..i hated it there and was glad to get home but it made me think .next time I will do a better job at suicide . thanks cygnet hospital
