Tonight, I was seen and treated by nurse Laura Wade. She was very reassuring and kind, very considerate and understanding of my problem. She gave thorough and clear advice and went to great lengths to help me. I felt very happy with this service and would like to see Laura applauded for her efforts. Thank you so much!
