Improve by getting back sooner after first phone call.
Computers too work in all areas and lack of equipment i.e tournaments for taking bloods in future will go to my own pharmacy for treatment.

The doctor I saw was fantastic with my daughter, made her feel comfortable and she was very nervous.
If only all doctors were like this!
