I felt that my mother received the very best of care from the point at which I contacted Choc and spoke to the out of hours doctor through to the appointment with Dr Stahlschmidt within the Cumberland Infirmary. He gave her a clear explanation of her condition together with a plan of action and reassurance. I think in this instance it placed her firmly on a path to recovery and gave her a plan of how to manage her symptoms and future recurrence.
