1, Antiviral Drug for COVID (guidelines not followed) needs to be given on day one for Cancer Patients, family member should not have to keep asking for this to be done and should not have to wait for 6 days for this to be given when its far too late. 2, Some Nurses too busy chatting at stations rather than answer buzzers, patients should not have to wait for 30mins for their call to be answered or to be given Morphine. 3, Doctors never available on weekends. 4, No Patient continuity, should not have to see about 30 different doctors over 11wks in hospital and all saying different diagnosis or treatment. 5, Doctors must not forget to write important details on patients records, this happened to a family member & they were not able to go to the Hospice because a Doctor forget to tell Palliative care or anyone else, because it was late Friday by the time this was noticed it was too late as palliative care do not work on weekends hence the family member died in hospital in pain. 6, A family member should not have to request a drive for their dying family member because they are being left in pain and then to be told they cant as its a weekend and there are no Doctors are available, this type of pain relief should be given no matter what. 7, Some Doctors / Junior Doctors had shocking bed side manners.
