In addition to the great care given to my father we are also grateful to the domestic team (housekeeping and catering). Staff were always kind and thoughtful to my mother when she visited daily. As she was the main relative supporting my father they provided a friendly listening ear and also offered her food, realising that she was unlikely eat without encouragement, due to stress. They were as sensitive to her needs as they were to my father as the patient and this was much appreciated.
