Prompt attention.
Nothing could be improved, 1st class excellent care from arriving at the hospital to discharge CCU exeptional and a credit to your hospital, especially Sarah Hughes and her team
The attention and care was full-on I couldn't ask for more, the staff are great. I've never faulted my stays.
The care and consideration by all the staff was very good. Did not find bed mattress very confortable and it felt a bit crowded around the bed. No where to hang towel!
The care that I have recieved has been 100%, can't fault the staff ,I have seen reassured throughout my stay in hospital cant fault anything.
A spell in hospital is a stressful experience for everybody and the very cheerful and very helpful attitude of all the staff is an important bonus for all patients. Many thanks to everyone
Nurses were very kind, attentive and informative.
Improve - I had to wait for at least 4 hours for medication from pharmacy before I could be discharged. At times no-one seemed to be communicating with each other.
Better patient doctor liaison a national holiday period should not affect care and it is , do not promise a person a discharge multiple times then withdraw it , when a person is diagnosed with a life changing condition they should have acess to a specialist nurse without a complaint having to be made first . Making a person aware of how to order special dietary meals whilst an inpatient. Ask if there are a y social issues at home .
I was treated promptly and with respect everyone from the receptionist to the doctors were absolutely fantastic and their care was second to none.
My 91 year old mother was admitted to the Countess having suffered a stroke, and spent 19 days in the care of the staff on Ward 33. I only have admiration and praise for all the staff on the Ward (ranging from managers, Dr's, nurses. support workers and cleaners et al). Everyone adopted a sincere sympathetic approach and helped me and my wife through this difficult period. I cannot fault my mothers treatment in any way.
